Our guests are, of course, looked after by an excellent activities team. Our Tyrolean mountain hiking guides, our fitness and yoga experts and our sauna attendants breathe life and joy into the activity and relaxation programme at the Kaiserhof.
I am Katharina, a Business Coach and Yoga Teacher. With insights from both worlds, I work with my students to find ways through "effortless effort" to reconnect thinking, feeling, and willing, leading to a self-determined and self-designed life.
What defines me? My joy, my humor, and the ease I bring even to challenging situations. My enthusiasm and curiosity to try and learn new things. And my deep conviction that we are all responsible for our own lives and therefore have the power to shape them according to our will.

Sturdy calves tour - Weâll take you to the higher locations in our surroundings via moderately difficult trails. Fantastic places with a view of the valley and the impressive peaks of the Wilder Kaiser will await our guests.
Sunrise hike - There are no words to describe the feeling when you arrive at your destination and the blood-red sun emerges from behind the horizon and a new day begins.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice where asanas are held for an extended period, often several minutes, while sitting or lying down. This allows for deep relaxation, promotes the stretching and stimulation of fascia and connective tissues, enhances flexibility, and facilitates free breathing. Yin Yoga is particularly soothing in the evening, especially after activities like hiking, biking, or skiing. The session concludes with Shavasana in a supine position, a rejuvenating posture for the body, mind, and soul.
